Samudra is an ocean awash with food from across India with a focus on coastal cuisine. Pamper your palate with exotic delights from across the Indian states, like Chigri Malai Curry from Bengal, Andhra Fish Curry, Chettinad Spiced Crab Cakes from Tamil Nadu, Gobi Kempu from Karnataka and Dhansak, a Parsi delicacy; all served to perfection by our master chefs.
